Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved:- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
